Today Im going to give you the top 10 ways to stay Overweight and the reason Im framing it that way is because of a man named Charlie Munger and I stole this from Alex Hormozi (Im a Mozi Nation believer). Munger gave a talk a couple times about “How to live a Miserable life” and the reason he gives that talk framed that way is he believes in a theory called Inversion thinking. Which is where you solve problems in reverse. For an example if you want to figure out how to be rich you ask the question how do I become poor? Then you list out all the ways to become poor and you do the opposite of those things.

The interesting part is that our brains are much better at finding out problems then solutions so when we figure out what the problems are its much easier for us to figure out the solutions to those problems.

This is a process you can apply to so many things, from business to your marriage and today we’re going to apply it to your health. I’ve come up with 10 ways to stay out of shape and overweight for life and at the end I give you the solutions and the top 10 ways to stay in shape and lean for life! Ok lets get at this!

#1 Way to stay Overweight for life is – Start Tomorrow – This may sound kinda ridiculous but there’s so much truth to it, keep pushing your health, nutrition and training off tell tomorrow and stay overweight and out of shape for life.

#2 Way to stay Overweight for life is – Watch a lot of Social Media Content on Fitness and Do Nothing – People love to watch other people do amazing things and see them get amazing results on Instagram and then do nothing cool and amazing for themselves. Keep following Layne Norton and do nothing he tells you about and stay overweight and out of shape for life.

#3 Way to stay Overweight for life is – Take Advice from Out of Shape People on How to be in Shape – These days everyone is a fitness expert with a degree in instagram lifting they learned from the steroided juice monkey on IG who’s program is designed to make a natural person get hurt real quick. Take advice from them and stay overweight and out of shape for life.

#4 Way to stay Overweight for life is – Fail Once Quit Forever – The first time your nutrition plan doesn’t work just quit, training plan not getting you immediately jacked? definitely quit. If something doesn’t work immediately its obviously not good so quit is the best attitude to stay overweight and out of shape for life.

#5 Way to stay Overweight for life is – Blame your circumstances and complain – Your wife feeds you unhealthy food, your kids don’t let you sleep, your parents didn’t teach you how to eat healthy, its all their faults, blame them, its them and not you is the best way to stay overweight and out of shape for life.

#6 Way to stay Overweight for life is – Value The Opinion of Others over your own – Your friends wanna go drink again and think your a loser for not wanting to go? Value that opinion. Your mother saying your looking too skinny while she tries to jam more pasta down your throat? She must be right. Value everyone else over yourself and you’ll stay overweight and out of shape for life.

#7 Way to stay Overweight for life is – Avoid Discomfort – Being uncomfortable hurts, it brings pain to your life and makes you feel weak and sick to your stomach, stay comfortable and be overweight and out of shape for life.

#8 Way to stay Overweight for life is – Sit Down and Relax – Why walk when you can drive? Why park away from the store when the first parking spot is available. Don’t spend time outside playing with your kids when you can watch Netflix and your kids can go on their tablets is a good way to stay overweight and out of shape for life.

#9 Way to stay Overweight for life is -Start Something New- New diet plan comes out, do that, new training plan is released, try it out. Don’t stick to your program long term its just not fun and thats a good way to stay overweight and out of shape for life.

#3 Find a Good Coach – Finding someone to guide you in the right direction both nutrition and training wise who has been there themselves and helped others will give you accountability and a blueprint for success.

#4 Never Give Up – If something doesn’t work right away it doesn’t mean its not working. Never ever give up and figure out is going to work for you and have patience, you didn’t get overweight and out of shape over night and it won’t change over night either.

#5 Take Responsibility- When you take responsibility for your actions and circumstances you change your life. When you’re in control you can make changes for the better and become better, its the best thing you can do.

#6 Value Yourself- It doesn’t matter what other people want for you or want you to do, you’re in control of what you want from life and make sure you choose what you want.

#7 Get Uncomfortable- Change happens when you get uncomfortable, you lose fat after you get a little hungry, you gain muscle after you push yourself in a workout, it takes getting uncomfortable to get there.

#8 Move More- The more you move the more your metabolism increases and the more likely you are to stay lean and healthy for life. 15 000 steps a day will change your life.

#9 Stick to the Plan- Good plans and nutrition doesn’t happen overnight, once you have a plan, stick to it and don’t give up. If you’re doing the right things amazing things will happen.

#10 You are You and No One Else- Don’t worry about what anyone else is doing, you focus on you and what you need to accomplish and you will be 1 million times happier then comparing yourself and circumstances to someone else.
