Rachael became passionate about nutrition when she started training CrossFit, and as she started coaching others she realized that she could help people learn to eat better. More than just a diet, 3 Square Meals teaches healthy habits and simple food prep techniques to make it easier to live well and eat well. She’s built on her PN L1 Sport and Nutrition certification with courses in traditional foods and classical french cooking, and worked with dozens of local clients as well as online.
