3 STEPS TO A NEW YOU- Health Simplified

Today I’m going give you the MAIN 3 Steps you need to become the healthiest version of you. I promise if you follow these 3 steps consistently for the next 2 months you will be a whole NEW person. If you can do it on your own then you have found the secret to your health, wellness and body. If you can’t you’ll need Step 4 which I’ll include too. Being and living healthy is truly very simple, it’s just about being shown the right way and being held accountable to make it happen.

  1. HEALTHY NUTRITION – Over the next 2 months you’ll eat three times a day + 1 Snack. You’ll get one plate and you’ll divide it into quarters. One quarter will be a protein of your choosing (beef,chicken,pork,fish,eggs) One quarter will be a carb(sweet potato, potato,rice, fruit, root veggies) Two quarters will be green veggies (salad greens, broccoli, cauliflower,asparagus) You’ll also add 1 Tablespoon of fat to your meal (Olive oil, Coconut Oil, Almond Butter, Grass Fed Butter or Ghee, Avocado Oil)

Snack- For you Snack you’ll have 1 cup of Protein (2% Greek Yogurt or 2% Cottage Cheese) and 1 Tablespoon Fat (Almond, Peanut,Coconut Butter)

You will also carry water with you wherever you go and drink it throughout the day.

Salt your food liberally.

  1. DAILY MOVEMENT – Everyday you will MOVE. 15 000 steps per day OUTSIDE in the sun. 3x a week you will do some form of strength training and 2x a week you will do 30-45 minutes of slow cardio. 1x a week you will do High Intensity Intervals (10 second spring ton bike followed by 50 seconds easy x 10 rounds)
  2. SLEEP – You are going to go to bed 30 minutes earlier than usual and aim for 8 hours per night. Sleep is where all the “magic” happens in your body. Your mood, hormones, recovery, ability to burn fat and build muscle all happen because and around your sleep. You NEED to take it seriously.

Follow these 3 steps for the next 2 months consistently and your whole WORLD will change for the better. If you can’t do it on your own then you need step 4.
Step 4 is being held accountable and that’s where we come in.
