Fitness, Nutrition, and changing lives are his passions.
As a kid, I played high-level hockey and baseball and was naturally good, so I didn’t have to try that hard or practice that hard, I loved playing so I played. When I went to Kombat Arts for the first time and wanted to learn how to fight, I got the crap kicked out of me again and again and that was my turning point. I learned determination, grit, persistence, patience, and hard work and over the next decade, I changed and turned into a better human.
Motivation & Passion
My purpose for coaching is to change lives and to build healthy, strong humans not only physically but mentally as well. I believe this translates to all areas of people’s lives and the effect compounds and grows and they become something they never even dreamed of.
