We started running our RadixLife 8 Week Challenge program 7 years ago, and the InBody machine has been an integral part of how we work with our clients to change their body composition and stay on top of how their body is responding to their training and nutrition prescription.
When you start exercising and eating right, the scale is just one measurement we can use to track progress; we also take pictures, set a goal for training, see how their favourite clothes are fitting, and take measurements, with both a measuring tape and the InBody scanner (DEMO VIDEO)

We have found the InBody Scans so helpful to our members that we are now INCLUDING a scan in your Foundations program, so you will get a scan when you first join Radix Gym, and we will check in throughout your time with us through regular goal review sessions.

That’s why we wanted to show you how painless this process is before you come in! It’s just you and your coach, looking at data together!
As you can see in THIS VIDEO, the scan takes less than 5 minutes, and then we’ll take a look at the report together. The report will show:
- Body weight in pounds
- Muscle/lean mass in pounds
- Water in pounds
- Body Fat, in both pounds of fat and % body fat
- BMI
- Basal Metabolic Rate in calories
- Body symmetry
- Personalized recommendations to gain muscle and/or gain or lose body fat
- And much more!
We then take that data, along with everything we chat about in your consultation, to build your personalized macro prescription and meal plan template.
