Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

The secret ingredient is… Balsamic Vinegar!

This sweet yet tangy glaze elevates your traditional sprouts to a super side!

If you don’t have time to make it separately, just add 50% of each the balsamic and maple syrup to the olive oil mixture and roast them all together.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

1) Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2) Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.

3) Roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden and tender.

4) In a saucepan, simmer balsamic vinegar and maple syrup until reduced by half and syrupy.

5) Drizzle balsamic glaze over roasted sprouts. Serve immediately.
