Best Morning Shake for Energy

– 1 Slice of Lemon
– 1 Slice of Ginger
– 1 Slice of Turmeric Root
– 1 Tablespoon Honey
– 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
– 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries or Raspberries
– 1 Cup Organic Spinach
– 1 Scoop New Zealand Whey or Paleoethics Beef Protein (Vanilla Flavour)
– 1 Tablespoon Collagen Protein
– 1 Tablespoon Coconut Butter
-1/2 Cup Water and Ice Cube
