Lattes, fruit smoothies and juices, or alcoholic drinks are probably adding unnecessary calories to your day without the benefit of eating a real meal.
Drinkable calories are mostly sugar, which will send you craving more carbs.
Choose tea or coffee without sugar, and add a splash of lemon juice to your water to sweeten it up 🙂
If you’re having juice or a smoothie, “chew” it while you drink, to make it last longer and set up your body’s natural digestion functions.
