NEW Youth Weightlifting

We’re offering a new initiative this summer for local youth & teens who are interested in weightlifting here at Radix Gym.

We know it’s been a weird season for all sports, and you may be unsure what the fall will bring for your son or daughter’s team.

If you’re looking for a new way to get them active & engaged in an activity, weightlifting is a great alternative. It is safe (physically for teens as well as socially-distanced & sanitized!) and will translate athletic ability to any other sport in the future via strength, power, agility, coordination, balance, speed, etc. 

We are offering complimentary Intro to Weightlifting sessions for the next 4 Saturdays from 1-3pm. Boys and girls aged 12-18 are welcome. Please see attached flyer for more details or reply to this email with any questions!
