What are you doing today?

Did you wake up today excited for life? or was it a dread just to get out of bed? Did you have something to look forward to or did you just want to hit that snooze button?

What’s pretty awesome about our 6 am class is people look forward to getting up early and coming in and getting fit before they even start their day.

They have fun, they get good hormones and blood flow going and they start their day with a bang. They leave feeling better and starting their day with a rush of energy.
