For the new 3 Square Meals Menus, I’m working on incorporating more side dish recipes!
I find most people have their favourite side dishes and salads, but it’s always fun to share and try new things!
We’ve been having a lot of barbeques at the gym, and one of the easiest and most versatile dishes to make for 2 or 10 people is Broccoli Salad!
You can buy your own ingredients and chop them up, like I did in the picture here, or buy a bag of pre-shredded brocco-slaw from the store!
BROCCOSLAW SALAD
1 Bag (2 cups) Broccoli Slaw
3/4 cup greek yogurt
2 Tbsp apple cider or red wine vinegar
1/4 cup slivered almonds or sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raisins or craisins
pinch of sea salt & pepper
