Time really does move fast, 12 weeks of training is done and this Saturday January 20th Ill be riding the Echo Bike for 12 hours and because of you we’ve raised almost $7000 for the Orphans in Haiti! Thank you!!!
To give you some perspective of how far $7000 goes in Haiti, it pays for The Dream Dealer House where the kids eat, get fed, get clothed do school for 2 WHOLE YEARS! How cool is that? For the next 2 years 100 orphaned, poor children will be fed, clothed, taught to read and write because of you and your donation.
I honeslty can’t thank each and everyone of you enough.

6 am – Ill be Kicking off on my 12 hour Journey
6:30-7:30 – Mike Mirski will be making Breakfast Sandwiches
There will also be coffee
9-11 UNCOMFORTABLE STATIONS

Station 1- 500m Row TEST- Coach Julie
Station 2- Max Hang on the Bar TEST – Coach Alli
Station 3- 3 minute Max Burpee to Target TEST – Coach Tyler
At any point in the day you can come ride with me
5 pm – Dinner with Coach Dan hosted by Femi and Dodo Foods- We’ll have Chicken Thighs, Pulled Pork and Plantains
6pm- Finish Line- Speech and Presentation for The Dream Dealer
