Food without Fat…?

The naturally-occuring fats from nuts & seeds, olives, avocado, coconut, and happy animals are integral to good health!

Your brain is 60% fat, and needs constant replenishment like the rest of our bodies.

Fat doesn’t get stored as fat, it fuels aerobic exercise, like walking around all day, as long as you’re not chowing simple sugars all day.

Add 1-2 Tbsp of fats to each meal to help feel full, happy, healthy, and loved 🙂
